This would be a super helpful function for agencies that tag and monitor leads for their clients. We are able to do this by calls but not text. What this does it is forces the agency to change their reporting within CallRail to adhere to Agency Analytics and use the Qualified/Not Qualified feature of CallRail which is not as robust as tagging is.
