As its a web app it allows you to open a new window as such - however there is no option (right click or button) to go back

Support chat notifications on the app (i.e. a counter) to know there is a message when the app is minimized - there is no way of knowing (unless the sound is on) that a message has come through

More details about where the benchmarks come from would be helpful. For example. How does it define 'industry'? Is it by channel, by geography, by sector, etc.

Desktop App - Refresh Option
Would be great to have a refresh option (ie right click or a button) to refresh the data rather than clicking elsewhere and back etc
