Track every KPI in one place
Goals and Alerts are now unified into a dedicated KPIs area that gives users a single place to track, target, and monitor the metrics that matter most to their clients. It's available at both the account and client level.
What's new:
- Save any metric as a KPI with a target, an alert, both, or neither
- Create KPIs directly from dashboards and reports without leaving your workflow
- See real-time metric and benchmark data for reference while setting targets and alerts
- Display KPIs in reports as progress bars, line charts, benchmarks, or stat views
Note: All existing goals and alerts have been automatically migrated — nothing to rebuild.
