Client Management - Ability to Archive/Pause/Restore deleted clients

Currently, clients can only be permanently deleted. Introduce additional client states, such as Archived or Paused, to better manage inactive or temporarily unused clients.
Archived clients should be removed from active views, freeing up a client slot and allowing users to add new clients without deleting their data. Archived or paused clients could be restored at any time if needed.
Why this helps
- Prevents accidental permanent data loss
- Allows agencies to manage churned, seasonal, or paused clients more flexibly
- Frees up client limits without forcing permanent deletion

Admins and authorized staff can now restore deleted clients directly from the Clients page.
Filter by "Removed" status, select the clients you need to add back, and hit restore.

Frequent reporting and would like to have the ability to pause and renew campaigns when working with that specific client/brand again.
