GA4 doesn't offer views as GA-UA did, but they do offer however differing data streams which can be edited to create a specific view for your client. Ref:

User notes they wish to be able to select the specific Data Stream ID rather than the parent Property ID. Since views no longer exist, they are using the Data Steam to create the same view of the data.
