Update on Performance Max reporting for Microsoft Ads
We know many of you want to see Performance Max (PMax) campaign data from Microsoft Ads reported inside AgencyAnalytics, so we wanted to share a clear update on the current status.
Short answer:
At this time, Microsoft does not fully expose Performance Max performance data through their Ads API, which is what AgencyAnalytics relies on to fetch and report data. Because of this limitation, we’re unable to reliably pull and display PMax metrics today.
Why this happens:
Performance Max campaigns in Microsoft Advertising are still described as open beta in their official documentation.
Microsoft currently does not return Performance Max data consistently through standard reporting endpoints (such as campaign or ad group performance reports).
Performance Max campaigns also don’t support many campaign-level dimensions (e.g. device, age, gender, targeting criteria), which further limits what can be reported via the API.

What this means for you:
This is not a limitation of AgencyAnalytics or our integration setup.
We’re closely monitoring Microsoft’s API updates, and once Performance Max data becomes reliably available via the API, we’ll be able to evaluate adding support.
We appreciate the continued feedback and demand here. It helps us prioritize quickly when the underlying platform makes this data accessible. If Microsoft expands API support for Performance Max, we’ll be ready to act.
Thank you!

This is becoming quite an issue on our campaigns - please can this be looked at as a priority? Many other reporting platforms support the PMAX campaigns.

We really need this. Otherwise the bing integration is not that helpful to include at all.
