White Label - Ability to remove branding from URL or use standard agency analytics URL for users
P
Purple Grill
- Option to remove branding from the URL in some instances
Some clients don't want the agencies branding on their dashboards or reports, we'd like the option to use a plain URL (app.agencyanalytics.com) for user login, in these cases.

Could not agree with this more. Current AA pricing tiers might be the most confusing / worst I've ever seen in a monthly subscription software company. I'm currently on an Agency plan and just purchased an additional Freelancer plan under linked accounts to gain access to more campaigns as I'm not ready to upgrade to enterprise. However, I'm just now realizing the restrictions of Agency plan which is a huge problem. I'm essentially being penalized for spending MORE money with AA and adding additional plans. Like I already have an Agency plan, why should the Freelancer plan still be restricted, it makes literally no sense to me as I'm now spending MORE money. It's hard for me to put into words how baffling this pricing structure is how many headaches it must create for people.

Hi Mark Hoffman:
We're sorry to hear that you're finding our pricing tiers confusing. When you purchase an additional subscription and link it to an existing account, your new account will have the features included in the plan you've chosen.
We currently allow one white label domain/subdomain per account, but we'll let you know if this feature request becomes available in future updates!
Kind regards,
David
