- Ability to see all campaign report status and analytics from reports that have been sent (instead of having to navigate into each of the sent reports to see this data). See when each report was sent and the open rate

Hi all we are looking to get your input! Our understanding is that you need a way to quickly get some actionable feedback on reports that are currently being sent without having to click into them individually.
We are considering adding to the account report page the last sent open rate, last sent click rate and last sent status of each scheduled report. This would then allow you to see right away if your most recent reports were getting through to your clients. Would this help with your workflow?

Oren Gargir: Hi Owen. That sounds great! The need is a little more top-down than that. We need to be able to do some overall analytics accross the entire client base - in our case with thousands of campaigns. This focussing on the overall engagement in general - an not just the specific numbers for each client report. Including the option to see the numbers in terms of group, reporting template, time of week and day, development over time etc. Just like with some of the e-mail marketing platforms like Mailchimp does.

Kasper Dalberg Johst: Hi Christian, thank you for your feedback and the validation of our next steps!
Based on your descriptions, it sounds like you are also interested in doing a full suite of analytics on all of the email metrics. This is something that we can look into for the future and evaluating the feasibility. For my information, can you share some of the stats that you find valuable from Mailchimp?

Oren Gargir: Hi Oren. No problem. We have been requesting this all along. Please do not misunderstand. We are not asking for a full suite of analytics at this point. What is needed is a more top-down perspective of the current metrics so we can look into the engagement metrics across the entire clients base. First of all opening and click rates. And secondly with segmentation depending on reporting template, group, reporting frequency etc. Is does not make sense to only look at this client by client - especially when you have houndreds or even thousands of clients like us. We have been in dialogue with your colleagues about the exact same request and they confirmed their understanding and that is was "in the planning". I will ask Eleanor to reach out to you.

Request to have the ability to view report stats across entire client base, specifically engagement (ex. average report open rate, click rates over time, opens, clicks), as well as including client names and folders/groups the campaigns are in (if applicable).

No intercom conversation, this was discussed over email and a call.
User has lots of campaigns, all running automated reports. Management wants to be able to get a report of engagement (an export table file would be fine), in order to see when reports went out and what the open rate was (currently they have to go into each one of their hundreds of reports and look at activity to manually compile that data).
