Currently, "links" from the calls' table widget aren't interactive. An option to allow users to listen to calls from a dashboard or report link

In Wildjar clients can track multiple phone numbers for example if they are franchises. It would be good to be able to filter and combine data from all phone numbers. Also, to be able to automatically pull data and match the phone number to the Shopify feed.

In Wildjar you can report on SMS campaigns in an area called bulk reporting. It includes the text of the SMS as well.

Just report if they have a voicemail (yes) or no for a missed call.

IVR source data e.g. Sales, Parts & Maintenance, Support, etc.

Ability to add Tags data (these are added by WJ for each call)

extracting the ?keyword={keyword} from the final URL, or extracting data from the tracking templates (i.e. extracting {Ipurl}?keyword={keyword}

Provide access to the call recordings to table widgets in the custom dashboard
